SEALING PROFILES

For more than four decades, Gumotehna has been manufacturing sealing profiles (gaskets) for aluminium, PVC, timber and timber-aluminium window and door systems, glazing systems, as well as a wide range of industrial and technical applications.

Our profiles are manufactured from:

EPDM – using extrusion and vulcanisation with silicone treatment. EPDM offers high elasticity, durability and excellent resistance to UV radiation and various weather conditions, making it a reliable material for demanding sealing applications.
TPE – extruded from one or two components (co-extrusion), with the possibility of producing profiles in different hardness levels and colours, depending on the application and customer requirements.
Flexible PVC – a practical and cost-effective material that enables the production of profiles in a wide range of shapes, hardness levels and colours, offering an excellent balance between functionality and cost.

CUSTOM PROFILE DEVELOPMENT

From an idea to the solution for your application.

Simply send us a technical drawing, a sample, or describe the problem you need to solve.

Based on your requirements, we develop the appropriate solution, design and manufacture the tooling and produce a prototype, followed by serial production once the solution has been tested and approved.

With a production capacity of up to 2 tonnes of profiles per day, we are able to meet the requirements of both regular supply and larger production runs. Finished profiles are supplied on reels for easier handling and protection during storage and transportation.
